The first 20 days – retrospective
We are 20 days along our 600 day journey to provide the world’s best customer service platform and contribute to good in the process. What did we achieve so far?
- this blog
- our new name,
- our new logo,
- commissioned our new website,
- commissioned AdWords testing,
- attracted our first sign-up based solely on adwords/test site
- two customers running on the platform (although one is locally installed for the moment),
- first-person research to understand the needs of non-govenment markets,
- significant development of the platform,
- deployment of sample internal systems using the platform,
- we had some fun
This isn’t meant as a boast to those outside of the project, but a thank you to everybody involved. This is a lot of hard work, alongside delivering on active projects for our existing customers, continuing to improve our processes, and our measurable perfomance. (Is my Oxford comma uneccessary?)
In the next 20 days a few new authors will introduce themselves on this blog, to talk more about customer service, the project, and themselves.
